CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS (Aug. 17, 2016) — The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) results have been released via CXC’s website since Tuesday night.
While an official statement has not yet been made by the Ministry of Education in St. Kitts and Nevis, THG News is reliably informed that Nevisian Rol-J Williams has passed 17 subjects with an equal number of distinctions.
Williams, a decorated young man from the St. James Parish in Nevis and a student of the Gingerland Secondary School, is a youth parliamentarian, a former Caribbean Junior Minister of Tourism and a former Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Essay Competition winner.
The Ministry of Tourism on Nevis, via a post to the social networking site Facebook revealed that Williams sat and passed exams for Biology, Caribbean History, Chemistry, Economics, Electronic Document Preparation and Management (EDPM), English A, English B, Food and Nutrition, French, Geography, Human and Social Biology, Mathematics, Office Administration, Physics, Principles of Accounts, Principles of Business and Social Studies.
