BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (August 9, 2016) — “Seek the Caribbean” is the message that Royal Caribbean is sending to its repeat and potential guests and on Monday, THG Network’s Jaedee Caines was among a select group of Kittitians and Nevisians who sampled a bit of what the renown cruise line has to offer with a tour of “Anthem of the Seas”.
The day began at 8am when a handful of Nevisians, including repeat guest Claudina Pinney and Petra Parris of Tranquility Vacations journeyed to St. Kitts via the local ferry to join their counterparts at Port Zante.
Owners of Tranquility Vacations Jasmine Warner-Weekes and Andre Weekes, together with their team and colleagues, welcomed the group with bright smiles and in some cases, warm hugs.
At about 10am, when everyone had gathered, and the hundreds of guests had disembarked the ship, the group embarked the 3500 guest capacity vessel and were treated to a video presentation, tour, photo opportunities and lunch.
The group was encouraged to take advantage of the many packages that the cruise industry has to offer. What seemed to be the highlight of the tour was the revelation that children 12 years and younger can sail for free.
Anthem of the Seas features a number of amenities including full-service spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre, outdoor and indoor pools, basketball court, skating ring, rock climbing wall, a complimentary youth program, water park, casino, game room and music hall.
